主要研究方向
从事环境污染物的暴露和健康效应(环境医学)研究。主要是(1)环境污染的检测和生物监测;(2)系统流行病学和;(3)系统毒理学。
科研成果
发表SCI论文100多篇,授权专利3件。主要学术成果:(1)提出并完善了用人群污染物内暴露剂量作为分类器来筛选污染因素的效应标志物;建立分子流行病学概念框架下基于污染物生物监测、代谢组效应和疾病风险(即meet-in-metabolite analysis)的研究范式,用来揭示存在于“暴露-不良健康结局”发生和发展连续体之间的“流行病学黑箱”问题;(2)建立和完善了婴幼儿人群纸尿裤尿液的内暴露监测方法,并用于0-2岁儿童内分泌干扰物暴露评估、毒物(药物)代谢动力学和健康效应研究。
